SALES EXECUTIVE VACANCY

Job Summary

Responsible for client sourcing, sale and upselling of company products to clients within specified geographic territories.

Travel to prospective locations to establish leads, introduce products or maintain the relationship of an existing customer account as well as customer service and tele sales.

 

Primary Responsibilities

  1. Prospect for email marketing solution chances with relevant target clients
  2. Conduct cold calls to prospective clients and set appointments.
  3. Qualify prospects as per sales plan, budget and decision making.
  4. Offer products and services to qualified clients through demos.
  5. Handle sales process from prospecting through to closing/ completion of
  6. Build and document sales activities in company software and document activities.
  7. Engage in training meetings on product development and updates.
  8. Coordinate with management team to enhance sales presentation.
  9. Meet productivity metrics as per management team’s directions.
  10. Handle customer presentation, quotes, RFIs and RFQ
  11. Focus on horizontal markets and handle key prospects relationships.
  12. Run demos for prospects, develop presentations and adapt sales collateral.

  3. Strong presentation and negotiation skills
  4. Possess good client interpersonal skills
  5. Self-motivated and goal-oriented, desire to deliver results
  6. Experience in sales channeling lead/prospect- client conversions

 

Qualifications and Experience

  1. 2-4 years working experience in ICT/ IT / Related Industry
  2. Degree/Diploma in sales and marketing or professional papers related to this field
  3. A solid understanding of SPSS software packages will be an advantage
  4. Ability to prospect, negotiate and convince a client to purchase
  5. Fluency in English and Swahili (Written and Spoken)
  6. Job based in Nairobi, Kenya
  7. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, Erp systems.
  8. Demonstrated history of achieving sales target
